Permanent Positions

1. Tour Desk Operator $7.50 plus commission 1pm-8pm

- Must have a smiling face with a cheerful personality
- High tolerance for waiting on tourist
- Responsible – must be at work everyday on time

2. Office Assistant Negotiable 8am-5pm M-F

- High level secretarial experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks
- Self Starter with experience to troubleshoot

Temp Positions

1. Office Helper $10.00 8:30-5:30 M-F

- Combination receptionist/Secretary
- Must know MS Word, Excel and Project
- Must be able to transcribe dictation

2. Delivery Clerk $7.50 plus mileage/fuel 8-5 M-F

- Must have own transportation and a valid VI driver’s license
- Must have good customer service skills with personality a plus
- Must be able to work independently with ability to manage time and keep in touch with the PR office

3. Secretary/Receptionist $9.00 8-5 M-F
- Legal secretarial experience a plus
- Must know MS Office Suite

4. Receptionist /Data Entry Clerk $10.00 8-5 M-F
- Must know MS Office Suite
- Will be performing duties such as data entry, switchboard operations, filing, and copying, typing financial documents.

5. Medical Receptionist $9.00 2-8 PM M-F

- Must know MS Word and be able to compose letters using correct grammar, etc.
- Must be able to multi-task; make appointments on computer, answer telephone, charge patients, accept payments, compute insurance deductions. Prior doctor’s office experience a plus.
