Hi Everyone,
I am looking for a price friendly Surveyor to survey my land in Agnes Fancy in St Thomas
Got a quote from Brian Moseley office that was way high.. Property was surveyed just a few years ago.
So bound posts should be there... Many thanks if you could help.. jg

If you can access all the bound posts yourself before hand , making sure they are cleared, the cost usually is reasonable because of the time frame they spend on your property.
i have used Moseley - they are very good, do their prep work ahead of time at the cadastral records, produce a serious report and are quick if they don't have a lot of bush cutting etc. to do on site. Ask for an hourly rate?
