We need to get a few pieces of a mosaic tile that is sold only by Home Depot, as we ran out before the job was done. They are out of it in STX, but have some in stock in STT. Unfortunately getting HD to transfer it to stx for us is a big issue.

I was hoping perhaps someone on STT would be willing to pick some tiles up (I can order and pay for them online), sort of pack them in a box and we could pay Seaborne to fly them to stx...or, we could also pay for someone to put them in a post office flat rate box and send in the mail, if there is someone who would have some time and be willing to do this either way for a reasonable fee...

I can do it, but not until Wed, I think. Seaplane may be more convenient, but either is fine.

Probably better chance of receiving intact and quicker via seaplane.
Amazing HD Customer Service cannot accommodate you when they have sister store on each island. I'd complain to parent company. That's really BS.

Nice of you to offer to help, Ms411.
Hope it's not too heavy.

got it worked out. Thanks everyone.

HD STT wanted $79.00 to take the few pieces of tile to the boat for transit to stx, and not till the end of the week....would not transfer any other way to the store on stx or take to post office or anything...and then we would have had to pay the shipping company besides...and we were buying all the pieces they had left, you would think they would have been happy to sell them.....

I'm confused. How are you getting the tiles or are you getting the tiles?

Home Depot refuses to sell them to anybody? If they are on the shelf for sale, then why not? I usually don't let stores dictate what I can or can't buy if it's on the shelf.

You can pm me a photo of tile if you still need it.
