Does anyone here know what's become of Pedro, the young man who owned and operated the pool side bar and grill at Bluebeard's Castle?

When was he there? I worked at the Castle from Jan. '98 to Sept. '02 and the only Pedro I can think of was a timeshare salesperson who is now working at Iggies at Bolongo. I believe Bill Ferguson (also owned XO Bistro in Red Hook) was the actual owner of the Pool Bar at the Castle. I think the Banana Tree Grill's owners own it now...maybe contact Jerry or Liz at 6-4050 since they've owned their main restaurant for years, they may remember to whom you are referring......

Thanks Marty, you're right, Pedro did rent space from Jerry and Liz. He's been there for at least five years and his last day was May 30th. I spoke briefly with him at the beginning of May and no mention of his leaving his business came up. I was just wondering if anyone knew if he's started something up at another location.
