Hi All!
This may seem like a strage/stupid question. But is there regular shopping in the Virgin Islands? Like Target/Harris Teeter... that type of thing?

Where are you from.
I never heard of Harris Teeter until I moved to the South.

To answer your question...pretty much just K-Mart and a small local shops. There is a Home Depot as well.

There is "regular" shopping. Think small town America. McDonalds, Wendys, Subway, K-Mart, Cost-U-Less (think Sams Club) Office Max -- Just not much of it. No large shopping malls with every chain store known to man.

Miranda, I live in Charlotte, so I know exactly what Harris Teeter is...lol...I lived in St. Croix 2 years ago and they do have a Food Town there. You should relate to that!
