Good Morning,
My friend who lives in Sierra Verde, just behind Lori's new place, had a dog run away this morning. Checkers is a full breed mini Yorkshire Terrier, very small, black and brown, with no collar. She was watching the dog for someone who went off island and has been driving around all morning looking for her with no luck. If you find her, please call 340.643.7249.

Glad they found her! Sounds like the size a mongoose, iguana, or hawk would make a snack of. But being a Terrier I'm sure she'd put up a fight.:D
I suggest the owner put a collar and tag on her. Sounds like she'll wander off. Or maybe just she wanted to go home. You can get a custom tag at the Animal Shelter or order them online cheap. Cheaper yet is a collar with a ph# written with a marker.

Yeah, i know. The owner didn't have one, and my friend didn't think she'd be gone for this long. We have collars and tags for all our animals. Thanks!
