Lucida Millin Intersection and Stop Lights

Ok, so unfortunately I pass through this intersection several times a day.
I am confused as to where the proposed stop lights will be.

Will they be at the intersection controlling traffic from the courts and/or traffic from the hill and/or traffic from Dominos?
Or, will there just be one at the entrance to YHG?
And, have they proposed anything that alleviates the traffic going to Mandela Circle so the taxis can stop clogging up the intersection when they all merge at the last moment?

Hoping this made sense!

I wish they'd put those posts to divide the lanes in front of Yacht Haven Grande to stop the safaris from cutting over. When they have a police officer near there, the traffic flows smoothly. It clogs up when the taxis get by with pushing through the intersection from the wrong lane. I'll hit them before I allow them to go in front of me. They also need to know what "Yield" means when they're coming from the direction of Pueblo & only go on the Havensight road when the light is red for the through traffic.

I don't know when or where the lights will be but both coming & going in the AM & PM so far, the traffic flow is improving as of now. I hope the lights don't mess it up. Of course in the afternoon I come from the direction of CAHS so I don't know if the waterfront traffic is worse.
