Mahogany Run

I am aslo looking to buy a 2 bedroom unit at Mahogany Run, maybe the same one :), i liked it alot, gated community.

I have never lived at Mahogany Run but have spent a decent amount of time there (had a relative and a friend that worked there, several friends that lived there, did some house sitting a few times, swam in the pools, drove around the golf course, ran.... ) I think its a nice area; clean, quiet, private, plesant views from the balconies, good facilities and spacious-sort of like having an enormous back yard in terms of being able to walk around.... the larger 2 bedroom condos I have been in were nice, roomy... the efficiencies were small but adequate I suppose for a single person but in my opinon small... the beds took up basically the whole "lving area". One comment I recall a friend having concerned the monthly fees for road, water usage.... but he didn't own the condo - he was renting and was expected to pay half the monthly fees... he just thought they were a bit high as a renter...
