Hi,
I am looking for a competent maintenance person on STX, part time, year 'round. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing, general jack of all trades. Does anyone have any recommendations? Hi my name is Chris and my family and myself (5 in all) will be relocating down sometime in late may or June i have full time employment already set for me.
would be glad to work on weekends and evenings .I have over 20 year experience in home improvements and would be will to pay rent for a place at a reduced rate.

I don't know why your email was returned. It seems to be working fine. Anyhow, thanks for your interest. The apartment that might go with the job is small, appropriate for one, maybe two persons. Also, we need someone to be available some weekdays, daytime hours. You can try email again, if you like: [email protected]
