What a year, just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Hopefully 2021 will be better than this past year.

Once the majority of people get vaccinated, this place is going to take off. However, I fear the economic policy’s of the incoming administration in Washington will stifle this country’s long term prospects.
Enjoy the good times while you can. Eventually, the bill for the pandemic will come due.

I think you’re exactly correct, enjoy the post pandemic honeymoon as the national debt combined with the massive deficits will haunt the country for a generation or more. No amount of financial engineering changes the basic fact that we’re deeply in debt and are consistently spending far more than the government is bringing in, a ticking time bomb that’s not likely to end well.
