First off, OP opened the thread a year ago. Second, maybe it's not exactly TOC, but you really want to go after a small business right now?

Its not my intention to "go after a small business right now" since I own one too.
However, if blatant advertising is okay on this board now, I'd just like to know so I can start using it for advertising my business too.
Is that a fair comment?

It absolutely is a fair comment. I never once even considered promoting my restaurant on this forum in the 16 years I owned and operated it as it's strictly against TOS. One person does it and gets away with it and before you know it this becomes a totally out of hand advertising forum. It's nothing personal.

It comes off like you're looking for the mod to delete the thread. Just sayin'.
Come-on Oldtart, tell us which restaurant you own.
OwnED. The Toad and Tart on STT which I closed at the end of July last year after 16 years. 😀

This thread should be deleted...if I can't advertise then neither should anyone else.
Perhaps the comments about Miriam's should have been posted in the STX Restaurant thread.
And let me give a Promo for T&T... WE always had wonderfully prepared meals there that were complimented with the best service by the staff. Absolutely the best English Pub in the VI's. (even if it looked like it was waiting for a half dozen or so motorcycles to be parked out front). I only wish I could have gotten back before the Old Tart closed it.
