Hi All:

Is there anyone using Microsoft Vista as an operating system who has run into problems running Innovative DSL? My computers with XP all have plug and play access to the Internet, but I've not yet gotten the Vista machine going in terms of Internet access.

Ideas? Do I call Microsoft, or has Innovative been known to be helpful in such matters?

If you happen to have a DELL, call them. They are offering special support for "Vista Issues" for Dell owners only. Other brands may be doing the same.

With all of the reviews I hear about Vista, this might be another one of the ME deal that is only around for a short time. I have heard nothing that suggest I should change from XP.

Interestingly enough I use Quickbooks Pro for my business year 2006 edition. I usually upgrade every two years. QB2006 doesn't run on Vista, so you are forced to upgrade to QB2007 using Vista.

Thanks for your reply. At this point I think the fastest way around may be to go back to XP. There seem to be many documented problems regarding Vista and Internet access.
