Does anyone have a link to the MLS website? I used to use a link through Lee Steiner:

http://www.flexmls.com/cgi-bin/mainmenu.cgi?cmd=url+other/createlink/link_receiver.html&no_html_header=true&i=m3n217pbe2f,7

now it says the link has been deleted. I liked this site because it gave you a full page of listing on the island but all I have found now is a few Realtors have added listing 5 at a time instead of the full page? Any help would be appreciated.

Which island? I think that most brokers restrict their listings to one island.

http://www.realtor.com is a good choice.

After I posted that, I clicked on it, and didn't find any listings. ??? I have used it many times before. Maybe there are different settings.

I usually check into MLS through the Calabash Realty site, because they offer a map selection of the three major islands to choose which MLS listing you wish to see:

http://www.CalabashRealtors.com/calabash-listings-mls.htm

Once you've selected your preferences, a window with 5 listings will come up with links to the next five. You can click a link up top that says "__ total listings" and it will display the entire list rather than by fives.

Another feature I like is the sort feature. I click on the top of the MLS # column and sort in order of most recently posted listings.

I prefer Farchette & Hanley's site. Farchette & Hanley Property Search will allow you several search options, and you can even find rentals.
