very nice location, good view, many old condos so condition varies wildly between great and completely rundown, marginal maintenance (probably same as anywhere else on the island), enormous monthly maintenance fee (well, for my taste anyway - I can't see how it can be a good idea to own something that requires over $1000 a month just to keep). that's for the main complex. there are big private homes down hill.
