Looking for a mooring on St Thomas does any one have any ideas on finding one.

Contact DPNR. They hold all the cards. I believe there may be a moratorium on new moorings, at least in some places. Moorings are not transferable, if that is what you were asking.

Nor are they to be used as a rental to another boat, legally that is.
