Hello. I have a bachelors degree in educational studies. My family and I are looking at moving to St Croix. Are there many jobs available to me?  I have many years running a center for children with disabilities. I am looking for any feedback and help to determine if this will be the right move.

Maybe try to connect with the school mentioned in this article:

who knows if they are hiring but seems maybe to fit with what you noted.

We always seem to have a shortage of teachers.  And teachers with experience in special needs always seem to be in demand.  I would contact the VI Board of Education for more information.  https://www.myviboe.com/contact-us
