Moving from Key West to US Virgin Island

Artist on the move, looking for happy housing (with Pets). Live on my boat now interested in slip fee's for my 40' African Queen or possible sell her in Key West and purchase new boat after I arrive. Seasoned travler but always looking for input and/or advice espically form friendly locals. Many thanks for your information!!
