HELLO EVERYONE I MOVE ALLOT; I LIVED IN IRELAND FOR FOUR YEARS, SOUTH AFRICA FOR 1 YEAR, NEW ZEALAND FOR A YEAR, IVE BEEN IN PARK CITY UTAH FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS AND I'M ORIGINALLY FROM NEW YORK CITY. WELL I'M BORED ONCE AGAIN, I MISS THE OCEAN AND I'M SICK OF SNOW SO ONCE AGAIN I'M MOVING. I'M COMING TO ST THOMAS THE END OF SEPTEMBER. IVE BEEN A BARTENDER FOR 20 YEARS AND ON FOUR DIFFERENT CONTINENTS AND I'M INTERESTED IN FINDING WORK AND A PLACE TO LIVE. IS OCTOBER A GOOD TIME TO ARRIVE AND ANY SUGGESTIONS ON PLACES TO LOOK FOR WORK, AND HOUSING BOTH SHORT TERM (NIGHT TO NIGHT CHEAP WHILE LOOKING FOR WORK AND APT) AND LONG TERM. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

STOP SHOUTING AT US. Lose the caps. Don't rent anything sight unseen. Crystal Palace is a good place to stay while you look for more long term lodging. October is fine, but jobs here have been scarce, and it doesn't look like next season will be substantially better.

I second the Stop Yelling!! Also, another short term rental option: www.stthomasvirginisland.com. You can stay in a short term place while you look for a permanent place to live. You will want to see the place in person where you will be living for a while. October is a time when you will find rentals plenitiful.
