At Colony Cove, you'd be looking at $1800-$2K per month plus utilities (power & water) for a long-term rental of a 2-BDR, 2-BTH condo. Cable tv, basic phone and pest control are included. Different landlords charge different rental rates since the condition of the units varies. I have probable units coming available in March & possibly May or June. Others may come up but are not yet on the list of available units. There may be some 1-BDR units coming available in the late spring, also.
