Hello all! I'm moving to STX next Monday and I'm desperate to find a moving company that will bring my personal belongings to the island. I wonder if anyone on this board comes from NYC and how did you get your stuff over?? I've contacted at least 10 different companies and they all say they only move large / commercial items. I'm kinda in a bind and would really appreciate anyone's help with any info they may have. I've already eliminated alot of my stuff, and I cant part with what's left. DOES ANYONE know of a relocation company that will move me from NYC to STX? THANKS in advance!! Can't wait to be on the island! 😀

Under the Virgin Islands Moving Center banner at the top of this page you will see a blue button marked The Move, and in that menu you will see an option for Shipping Household Goods, and there you will find the following moving companies and their contact information: https://vimovingcenter.com/shipping/

Call Jennifer at Flemings Transport for any larger items or multiple boxes that need to be palletized and shipped via freightliner. Their number is (340) 778-9160. Beyond that, make use of your local post office. Be sure to pack it extremely well in sturdy boxes, and I recommend paying the extra money to ship Priority. Good luck!
