Can i get some help? I have been looking into moving over to the islands, Is it worth it and can you make a good living over there? What are the areas you want to live in? I can't find any info about the areas of St. Thomas, which is my first love. What are the cheapest and most costly islands?

Go to "Home" at the top of the main page & a lot of your questions will be answered. Also, read a lot of the posts. How much money you'll earn depends on the skills you have & the need for them here. STJ is more expensive than STT or STX.

It seems that the only people who come here to" make a good living" work at Houvensa. Most seem to come for the life style, view, and weather, and if they can make a living they are happy. If you are looking to make money you would probably be better off somewhere else. Then again, it depends on what your definition of " a good living" is.
This can be said for a lot of other palces on the mainland as well. The big cities or industrialized states always pay more then the small town or more rual states.
STX is cheaper than the STT, which is chaeper than STJ. IF you work in the tourist industry, you would probably find more work on STT, but I don't know if it pay more.
