Hi there. We're moving to STT in November but don't yet hava a permanent address on island. Does anyone know of a place where I can ship some boxes and they'll be held there for a week or so? Thanks for any input.

You can ship stuff to mail boxes in Red Hook. You will need to call and set up an account with them.

They are read good people at the red hook mail services. If you don't have Internet services when you get here they have it (at a charge) and there is a post board that people advertise their stuff on.

Good luck on your move.

Thank you. I'm hoping the move will go smoothly. This web site has been invaluable!! I will definitely post my trials/successes on the move. Look for us on STT, I wear a cowgirl hat, Tom in Panama. Can't wait to get to "paradise."

Perhaps, someone might have a job they're looking to fill? Tom can sell, boy can he. Me...just a humble manager of all trades.

If you want a cheaper place where you can actually park is Rosemary Sauters place on Raphune Hill only $90 a year and never a line and very friendly. And that includes business rates as well, Red Hook was going to charge me $25 a month so $250 v. $90 a year it was an easy choice.
