We are thinking of staying there for a bit while we house hunt. I looked over the website and it sounds ideal. We are the earthy type and dont need a lot of frills. Anybody have experience at Mt Victory? Any comments?

Mt Victory is lovely and very rustic. It is also pretty far from the main population center. If you stay here, you must have a car and a good map.
I would probably want to stay closer in.

If you do stay there, I would not try to find after dark for the first time. Arrange a flight that get you there in the AM or early afternoon.

Terry, Thanks for the info on getting there. We've been up in that rainforest and know it can get tricky at night.
LindaJ, the further away from population the better, but will keep a good map close
