There is /was (?) a builder on STX named Victor______, He built a few homes on a large parcel just past the ball fields on the south side of East End Rd. Had moved to STX from MS I believe.
Anyone know his last name and have a contact number or email for him. We had talked about my possibly helping him with a couple projects and I would like to get back in touch.

Sounds more like the OP wants to work with him/Victor not have something built for him/OP.
Maybe he could check with homes that contractor built to see if they have contact info.

Rocky built our house and you are correct about him. Last time I talked to him, about a year ago, he said he was not working any longer. Has that changed ?

He had surgery and is now up and about. Just did some work at our business.

Glad to hear he is up and around. all around a great guy to deal with. We had heard many horror stories about building here, he made made us one of the good stories.
