My folks are visiting and my stepdad keeps seeing this schooner with brown sails in Christiansted Harbor, and he's dying to go out on it. Does anybody know the name of the boat and/or how to contact the captain for rates? The only thing I've found online that looks like it is "Bones", which only sails out of St. Thomas, so I don't think that's it. Any help at all would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Lisa

Roseway

I don't have a number, but I'm sure you can google it.

I found that one, but it looked like a school -- like for high school students. Could that be right? I'll look it up again, but that was the impression I got. Thanks, though!

They do operate like a school during the day. They offer late afternoon/sunset sails for $45 per person. We have friends that go regularly, and they really enjoy it.

Roseway is the centerpiece of the World Ocean School. They do afternoon and sunset sails.

Thanks, everybody! I looked at the website a little more thoroughly this time, and I do think this is the ship. I appreciate the help!

Hmmm...never thought of the Roseway as looking piratical but I guess I can see it now.

(OK, I admit, I was just dying to use the word 'piratical' 🙂 )
