Hello all,

Is there any natural hair care salons in St Thomas that focus on locks (Dreadlocks)?

Thank You,
MLogan

Hello MLogan:
I am an A-A woman with locks and I have a wonderful woman on St. Thomas who grooms them. When you get on-island just post and I'll give you her info.
There are also several natural stores that carry hair care products, some of which are specific to loc maintenance.

Also, I noticed in some of your other posts that you wanted to make contact with some others on-island re. their experiences. I am a 34-yo NYC-born professional woman who relocated to STT from SF/Oakland almost 2 years ago. Please feel free to email if you have any questions concerning my adjustment, perceptions, etc.

Hi! Onika, I am from San Jose, Ca... and I am contemplating on moving to STT next spring to do my MA in Ed at UVI. I have so many questions...I don't know where to start...First I want to see if you know about the availabity of Teaching Positionsin the area...also, other work availability like in Admin work

In general, how do you personally like the islands, since we are kind off coming from the same area? I am very anxious to here from you...

Also, I will be visiting STT on 17th of June...please advise..
