I need some help on how to find out about rental property. I am looking to rent a studio or 1bedroom on St. John at the beginning of October. Can anyone give me information on where to look ? What about average rates per month? Any advice would be a good start. Cheers!!

Katy: If you will click on the home page above, you will find a wealth of information, including average prices for housing. Also, if you look back in the archives here, you will discover that most feel it is especially difficult to find housing from afar on St John. Usually one would need to stay at a B & B or guest house for a bit until one is able to secure something. Best wishes!
