Hey,
I am planning on moving to St John in October and need to find out information on apt.'s, condo's, for monthly rental. All the rates I can find were for vacation rentals. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction! Also , what is the average price range that I should expect? I took a look on the web at one at Mahogany Bay for $1500 per month that seemed awfully nice. But a little above what I wanted to spend per month. Cheers!!
