Now that we're finally on island, I'd like to get a few appointments made. So, hopefully without sparking a healthcare debate, can the ladies/moms on STX please recommend to me:

* a good family practice doctor who's accepting new patients
* a good eye doctor
and
* a good nail tech

Also,on a completely different subject, I'd love to find other women who love to scrapbook!

Thanks,
Lisa

Dr Prassard is a good GP 718-7788

Personally, being a broke college student, I'm waiting for the Educational Complex's cosmetology program to get a little further on in the semester to check into getting my nails done there. That's what I used to do back home and always had good results.

Thanks, speee1dy! I'm actually considering becoming a Close To My Heart consultant, since that's pretty much the only line I use anyway. I'd like to get a group of ladies together to scrap once or twice a month if I can get enough interest. I might PM you later! 🙂

Lisa

OK, I'm not the requested gender but my wife and I both agree that Dr. Nimsha Thaver is a fabulous GP. Easily the better of any of the great doctors we've had living in major East and West Coast cities.
