I have some trees tops that are beginging to block a portion of my views>
Can anyone recommend someone for this job?
Don't wish to cut down the trees just a few feet at the tops.
Thanks.

LaPlace Landscaping advertises under "Tree Service" in the yellow pages. 774-4837.

Good idea.
I'll check with Danny but he can be pretty pricey.
Anyone else?

The guy I used years ago is long gone but as far as price is concerned of course you want to have someone do it who's bonded and insured! Not the sort of job you hand off to an odd-job amateur with a chainsaw! 😀

If my shoulder didn't hurt and had a tall enough ladder, I'd do it myself. I have a nice chainsaw.

I'll have to call around and get some prices but wanted some recommendations.

Hiring Danny's firm is not the same as finding some guy on the street, handing him a chainsaw and a rope and offering $15 an hour, and that's why they cost more 😉 His firm is in the middle of a big project of ours and I truly cannot say enough great things about him as well as the work he and his staff do. Would trust the guy with my life, let alone my trees.

I know, respect and like Danny very much.
I just don't wish to pay $1000 like I did to have a Palm removed that was too close to the house so will discuss with him but was looking for other options, as I mentioned. So if you know anyone else around that does this, let me know. I wasn't disparaging him nor his work or work ethic. Thanks!

There's Webster Landscaping. He has a bucket truck.

Thanks Ronnie.
Unfortunately, a bucket truck won't work where the 2 trees are located.

Doesn't hurt to seek his advice. He may have some expert tree climbing trimmer dudes.
