Can anyone help me with identifying any other gated neighborhoods within a maximum 10-15 minute drive of JFL? Through searching the forum I have id'D Judith's Fancy already. It appears as if the solitude group of homes on the East end is outside of the target perimeter. Thanks for any help you can give.

Peppertree Terrace - across the street from the hospital.

Queen's Quarter, not "gated" per se but very nice.

Many thanks. Queens quarter villas (presuming that's what you're talking about) is where the hospital put me up when I did some independent contractor nurse work there earlier this year.

Peppertree will definitely be on my list. My physician friend will be arriving with their family and I'm sure they will be looking at the more upscale communities in that perimeter.

You'd definitely have to see Peppertree Terrace. The best analogy for someone from the Mainlands is a trailer park. Also, the place has been the scene for more than its fair share of police reports.

Without a doubt Judith's Fancy. 10 minutes from C'sted, less than 10 minutes from JFL, proximity to the sea, and security.
