What would be the easiest way to get from Nevis to St Thomas?

Ferry to St Kitts- fly AA or LIAT (if they are around) to St Thomas. You might have to go through PR.

You could probably fly via St. Martin rather than going through San Juan.

From Nevis there's a daily LIAT flight to Tortola. From there I believe you can get a flight to St. Thomas.

The Liat ad in the phone directory - list that it flys to Nevis - so perhaps you can fly directly to St. Thomas... or via St. Kitts if not.
