Hello All-
I have been a daily reader on the boards for months. I am flying in tomorrow morning to start my new life on St. Thomas! Yea!!
I wanted to say thank you to all the people that wrote with such helpful information. I feel confidant in moving down from Chicago.
If you see a girl with a tiny dog (Apple) walking down the street say hi. It will probably be me!

Hey Sarah, I am moving from Texas, next Monday to St. Thomas too!!!! My black Labador Bear will come later though.....

Oh ya! I am a ready for a new start! You have to let me know where to go out. Where the happing places are. I am a Personal trainer going to be working there. Cant wait!

ooohhhhhh....I'm so jealous!
This Texan wants to be there, but looks like it will be a couple of years!!
Gotta sell the house, save some more money and figure out how I can make a living on the Islands. Being in Corporate America for the last 25 years is wearing on my nerves!!
I've looked on hot jobs, but can't find anything in my field. I would like to find a job in my field of expertise but just a little slower pace than what I deal with in Texas.
I have been in the purchasing field for the last 20 yrs.
Any suggestions or leads, send em on!
Have fun fellow Texans and at least you can get tacos and chili on the Islands ; )
