Hi Everyone!

I'm Kandi,I'm 23 and I'm thinking about ditching the california life and heading out to the islands. I was originally going to move down in Jan,but it looks like I won't be able to afford to untill early spring, like around march or april. I work as a bartender,a waitress and would even be willing to do some hostessing if it came down to that. I'm wondering what the job market would be like around that time. I know off season is right around the corner, but I cant move any earlier then that. Are resturants and resorts good at hiring people at that time? Would I still have a good shot at a finding a place to live and a job? Anyone know of any places that still hire around that time?

Any help would be great!

Thanks alot!

Kandi

Kandi,

At that time of year, a bunch of the transients are already heading back to the mainland. You should be able to find work and housing no problem.

Come on down!!

I'm looking forward to heading down there. It can't seem to come fast enough though, can it?
