Hello!
My name is Rob and I moved to STJ 10/1....no, don't blame me for bringing all that rain! Up until this morning I kept thinking " Sunny Island my ass!" At any rate, my partner and I will be opening a small retail shop in Wharfside Village in December. Just wanted to introduce myself, and thank those that have taken the time to post so much helpful information here. I already knew what to expect when shopping,banking and changing over electric service ( well, not finished with that one yet!) and taking the "dollar bus" in STT to go to K-Mart. Just felt it was time to stop lurking and introduce myself!

Hey there, welcome to St. John! So, can we get the dish on your store???? Which spot did you take in Wharfside? What will you be selling? Do you have a name for the store? I'm being a nosy neighbor by the way.... the owner of the shop I work for was the first leaseholder in Wharfside Village way back when.

The name of the store will be "St. Johnimals- Island Pet Outfitter". We will be selling high quality collars, leashes, treats, pet beds and a lot of fun "pet accessories". We have the spot directly behind Waterfront Bistro. We've been planning for quite some time, so it is exciting to finally be here and getting things ready!

Glad u made it down. I'm settled in and things are

I've got a couple of furry friends, so I will be sure to stop in! The spot you are taking over is the first spot I worked at when I moved here. Back then, it was called Moda, and had clothing and accessories. Wishing you lots of luck and I'm sure I'll be seeing you around!
