GREAT article, thanks for posting the link!
I was sorry to read in the local Avis paper recently, that the Economic Development Authority delayed the decision on whether they should receive EDC benefits. It is a no-brainer that they should receive the benefits and I don't know why they delayed the decision.

Should be a cool place to stay and nice boost to downtown F'sted. I hope they get all their beach sand back that Maria stole.
