I love the part about limiting use of government vehicles to those whose work is essential. Like those shouldn't be the only ones to have a vehicle?! And I love Alana's comments...(tu)

It incenses me that there is no accountability for Mapp's spending to date, from any branch of government that is supposed to provide checks and balances. The VI Legislature is just as bad. Between their salaries, retirement benefits and overall spending of the phenomenal sum of $12 MILLION, ANNUALLY, to run the VI legislature for a population of 100,000 plus, we continue to be taken for a ride and cheated.

Time to have an off island entity control finances, our "leaders" can't and won't. Sadly our leaders are too arrogant or ignorant to ask for help. Asking for help is not a weakness it actually takes strength to realize you need help.
