Good Afternoon all,
Does anyone know where I can (legally :-)) dispose of old tires on STX?

Take them to H&H tires and pay the disposal fee. You have to pay a disposal fee for tires at the dump so retailers pass it on to consumers. Since the fee is optional, some people don't pay it and just dump their old tires by the side of the road.
IMHO the islands would be a lot cleaner if the disposal fee on tires was mandatory and included in the price of a new tire and the government would put a deposit on bottles.
