Good day all,

I can't get a call through to PF, and I haven't found the info I need online.

Does anyone know the schedule for shipping from FL to STX, via Paradise?

I've heard it has to be in Medley by noon Wed. I've heard noon Thurs.....

When does it arrive in STX and about how long before it can be picked up.

Thanks much!

I don't know about Paradise but I know VI Cargo is back to their regular schedule as posted on their web site however their pickups are temporarily at the Tropical Shipping facility in Christiansted due to fire at the Castle Coakley warehouse.

Noon cutoff on Wednesday - ship leaves on Thursday. Arrives STX on Monday. The custom procedures were all by hand so it was creating a delay when I spoke to an agent with Paradise this past Tuesday.

Good night All,

I spoke with Paradise today an have confirmation that my shipment is on island, however, she said it may be a "couple" of days before it's cleared. Does anyone have, first hand, experience with how long it's actually taking?? Thanks to all....

literally a day or two 😉

Custom agents are all there working, so it shouldn't be longer than that ( I got my stuff released in a day)

If you have your paperwork in order. Many people have been shipping things with store receipts, and if you do not have the COUNTRY OF MANUFACTURE on the invoice you WILL have delays.

They probably make it sound easy like just have your Amazon order shipped to Miami. In the fine print they ask for commercial invoice. AmazonWalmart receipt isn't going to show origin so you have to go to the manufacturer's web site or contact directly and get some documentation/product specification to send along with your receipt to help speed things up.

Just spoke with someone else on island who confirmed warehouses are full waiting for pickups, stuff is getting cleared through customs without much delay.
