Does anyone have Direct TV? Is PBS not available on it down here?

Disclaimer: We are an Authorized DISH Network Retailer on STX.

On DISH Network you now get PBS included along with all 4 major networks and CW. It is a national feed on channel 60. For local PBS, some have success getting them with an OTA antenna from STT. We have 4 local PBS channel 12 stations here.

Last I heard from DirecTV Puerto Rico is their rep has pulled out of the VI.... BTW It's DirecTV Latin America here. Not the same as stateside Directv.

Thanks for the reply--unfortunately I am stuck with Directtv since it comes with my lease. And I would have to pay an early disconnect fee. Its not really worth it. I just wanted to watch Downton Abbey on PBS...but I found it on itunes so problem solved!

On STT try rabbit ears. I'll bet you'll get all 4 PBS 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4 For some people, that are close to the transmitter, a coax out of the back of the TV can work. Then scan for digital Off Air channels. Might even pick up several from PR depending on your location.

I'm on STX... but it sounds like too much effort just for one show! Although, if I hadn't found it on Itunes, I might have tried the rabbit ears. But downloading it is a lot simpler. Thanks for the advice though!
