Hello,

Does anyone know of a trustworthy pet sitter that works on the East End of St. Thomas?

Thanks!
Shawn

Hi Shawn,

I have a great pet sitter and her rates are very reasonable. PM me and I will give you her contact info. I don't know if she works everywhere on the island or not, but you can call her and find out.

Imperial Animal Hospital (774.7034) can also give you numbers, names, and business cards for pet sitters.

Best :),
Mell

I left my dog at Imperial last time I went to America...great people. And I once, ONCE, left my dog with Williamson...never again. He came back wioth 22 ticks on him...and this was only weeks after I spent over $3,000 saving his life from Ehrliciosis (sp?), which is Tick Fever! Grr!

As an aside, have you considered having a pet sitter stay at your home with the pet? I'll bet you would gets LOTS of interest from the board with a post headline of "Stay in my home for free..."! Haha!

Moore Veterinary Clinic should also be able to give you leads - in fact I think one of their employees does pet-sitting.

Shawn- I work on the East End (Caribbean Saloon) and would be happy to sit for you, . I actually house sat/dog sat for a couple a few weeks ago when they took a trip to Vegas. Stop into the Saloon anytime after 5 and I'm there pretty much 6 days a week. Just ask for Josh. Good Luck!

Hi Shawn,

Paris Nicholson/K.O.P.S. has a new facility and they board animals if you prefer not to have strangers in your home. Paris aslo teaches obedience classes. Call Imperial Animal Hospital and they can give you tel. # and refferals for pet sitters.
