Peters farm condos

I know a couple that lives there. They like it because it is a very affordable complex with low fees and conveniently located off the bypass above Christiansted. They only live there part of the year.Very basic, not gated, no pool, small complex.

I have a coworker that lives there. His unit is pretty basic inside, but I assume like most condos that's the whim of the individual owner, so some may be much nicer. The whole complex strikes me a bit unkept and run down, but not in a serious state of decay like some buildings on the island. As said above it's a small complex with no amenities, but very reasonable costs and right in/above Christiansted. Not sure about the safety/crime situation overall as it's just above the rougher side of town, but he hasn't had any problems..
