I'm new to the island and have a 2 year old daughter that I stay at home with. We are looking for a play group that we could join to meet other families. I heard rumors of a play group at Magean's Bay on Wednesdays, or another group near the National Park Dock. Anyone have any information? Thanks! (Or maybe there are some other moms out there that would like to start our own group.)

I haven't heard of anything, but would love to know as well! I am going to be a new mom in June and my step daughter will also be down here for the summer. I would love to be involved in some play/mommy groups. Please let me know if you have heard of anything!

I know there used to be a really active mommy group that met on Wednesdays at the Tot-A-Lot in Dorothea on the Northside.
I'm pretty sure I saw them there last week when I drove by around ten

Thanks for the information...now can you tell me how to get to the Tot-a-lot? I know how to get Dorothea. Will I see it from the main road?

Good Afternoon! I actually live in West Caret bay and the tot lot is just down the street from my house...I actually have to work tomorrow morning...but you will see the tot lot from the street, it is between the Big Red Semi trailer at the Agricultural Dept and the Joseph Sibilly school...Thanks for the information, I will have to check it out!
