Tile guy comin down

Good day Everyone. I've been reading these articles for quite some time now and have found it the most valuable place for information that is accurate. I'm a single father to a four year old son who is relocating to the Islands in the next two months. After ALOT of research I've pretty much narrowed down the island that I plan on moving to but would like to ask all of you who are familar with St.croix and St. Thomas, For a Flooring installation bus. which island do you think I would have the most business on. I am prepared to not work for a couple of months because i know how it is, but i install all flooring wood, tile,vct,marble you name. Also if anyone knows what they are paying per sft, that would be a little help as well. Thanks to anyone who might be able to help!! Cheers!
