The dispute and lawsuit didn't involve Food Center, only the Plaza Extra stores.

I had the same problem with the meat and refrigeration at Plaza East last winter. I only get meat at Seaside now, and love that store
.

Plaza Extra has definitely gone downhill since the break up. Makes me wonder if they have the cash flow to continue operations.

When was Save-A-Lot supposed to be opening again?

Don't think that is an issue. Below is an April 27, 2015 order in the case (SX-12-CV-370).

ORDERED that Defendant United Corporation's Motion to Withdraw [past] Rent is GRANTED, and the Liquidating Partner, under the supervision of the Master, is authorized and directed to pay from the Partnership joint account for past rents due to United the total amount of $5,234,298.71, plus additional rents that have come due from October 1, 2013 . . . .until the date that Yusuf assumed full possession and control of Plaza Extra - East.

That's a tidy little sum.
I now understand even better why their prices are so high.
