did anyone see the police car driving around cotton valley sunday morning? they were going on every road. and real slow like they were looking for someone? haven't heard of any break ins but why else would they be cruising our area? they don't come out here when there IS a break in so why now???
that's great. the East End is one of those places you rarely see officers. I imagine it's b/c of the surveillance tape with those 2 guys cooping the place to see if they could break in. Hopefully the police presence will show the criminals that the East End is no longer the place they can get away with stealing.
I think the new deputy chief and commissioner are trying to be more responsive. I actually saw a cruiser drive up Maggie Hill Road Fri Nite with his spots on. I had an issue 2 months ago and the 2 officers were very professional and demonstrated competant conflict resoulution skills.
