can anyone steer me in the direction of a pool sales company in stt. i cant seem to locate any in the yellow pages... preferably one who will sell, finance, and constuct along w/ applicable permits and design

Never really heard of any. You have to find a contractor to build one you have designed as far as I know!

I didn't respond to your post yesterday because I have never heard of a local pool sales company. I think you need a site survey and then design plans and then permits and then a contractor. I don't know if pools here can be financed separate from the house but you can call a couple of the local banks and ask. Also, depending on your circumstances, you may be able to obtain an equity loan to finance the pool.
