what are the populations of Csted and Fsted?

According to the 2000 census - Christiansted Town - 2,637, Fredriksted Town - 732

Total population of the island - 53,234, of which 6,175 are described as "white".

Also there are sub-districts of the two main towns: (from 2000 census)
Christiansted (Sub-district) 2,865
Frederiksted (Sub-district) 3,767

And here are the other areas:
Anna's Hope 4,192
East End 2,341
North Central 5,760
Northwest 4,919
Sion Farm 13,565
South Central 8,125
Southwest 7,700

And the rest of the ethnic breakdown is:
Black 40,502
Other 7,887
(Hispanic 11,277 *of any race)
