Good Morning All, has anyone had a survey done for a lot recently that included the topo? Can you tell me approx. what you paid? Thanks, C

I purchased a lot back in February and had an as-built survery, topo, and boundaries marked for around $1800 dollars. If you need any further info please send me a PM, and I would be glad to give you more details.

We were told between $700-1000 depending on how clear the land is. Our attorney went ahead and did a regular survey so we didn't get a choice!

Thanks to both of you. Ours came in at $ 1350. I just wanted to make sure in was in the ball park.
