Can anyone recommend any good property managers? I am looking to get rough estimates, and also will possibly be building in STX EA and looking for recommendations on what type of features people look for in rentals. Does anyone have any experiences with the Oceansafe Housing discussed in another thread?

these are the prices for pm generally....15% to rent long term and manage the property each month or one months commission to rent it for a year. 25% commission to rent the property on a weekly basis. All the major real estate companies like Farchettte, Remax, Coldwell has someone to manage property as you have to be a licensed real estate agent here to do it. But there are several company that focus on management only. If you are going to be living on island it is not a hard thing to do and i would recommend doing it yourself.
